The free plan allows you to create an industry profile that allows show creators to easily add you to their team.

No, you only pay if you create a show/project.

Our pricing is in line with other productivity and collaboration apps, even though at first glance it may seem more expensive. It’s important to note that First Face is designed specifically for fashion show production, unlike generic team project apps. Our tailored approach means you get specialized tools created by industry professionals. The average production timeline for a show is about three months, so our subscriptions are shorter, reflecting the seasonal nature of the work. Unlike other apps, our paid plan offers full functionality to ensure every show is flawlessly executed.

The Show Creator plan offers full functionality of the app and is designed for professional projects. It's commonly used by fashion week producers, freelance show producers and event agencies looking to streamline their production process and manage shows.

Simply go to your account page and select cancel subscription. Your subscription will stay active until the next billing cycle at which time it will not renew.

Keep in mind that you will lose edit access to your shows at the end of the subscription period and your show data and documents will be deleted 45 days from that date.

The following payment and subscription details are subject to change at our (First Face App) sole discretion. This summary provides a simplified overview of our payment terms. For complete details on payment and usage, please refer to section 10. of our Terms of Service.

1. Ownership and Profile Creation First Face App, owned by Claridgeworks PTY LTD, offers free profile creation for users in the fashion and production industries. No credit card is required to join and create a profile on First Face.

2. Subscription Requirements

• Show Creators - users are required to pay a subscription fee only if they create a show. There is one monthly subscription tier available and two add on subscriptions should you wish to purchase above your allocated number of shows or core team members:

• Agency Connect - users are required to pay a subscription fee to create a Model Agency profile. There is one yearly subscription available.

3. Subscription Tier and Pricing

Show Creator

• Price: $AUD99 per month

• Features: Access to all app features

• Limits:

  • 3 projects/shows concurrently

  • 2 core team members

  • Unlimited collaborators

  • 10GB of creative asset data storage

• Additional Options:

  • Purchase additional core team members at $AUD3.50 per month / per person / per show.

  • Purchase additional projects/shows at $AUD9.50 per month

Agency Connect

• Price: $89AUD per year

• Features: All Agency Connect features.

4. Subscription Management and Refunds Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time. The account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for already paid subscriptions, so users must ensure to cancel before the end of their billing period.

5. Data Storage and Retention

• Show Creators: First Face will store all project/show data for 45 days after a subscription expires. On the 46th day, all shows/projects will be deleted from our servers. Users must download any items they wish to retain before the end of the 45-day period or re-subscribe to avoid data loss.

• Agency Connect: All data, profiles and information will be deleted from our servers 7 days after subscription expiry.

Agency Connect™ is our specialised plan specific to Modeling Agencies. By joining First Face, agencies not only gain access to a cutting-edge casting tool but also position themselves at the forefront of a new industry standard. Through Agency Connect™, agencies can create an agency profile, add models, and empower their booking agents to engage directly with clients within a single, organized platform.

With First Face, each booking agent has exclusive access to their agency’s pool of models, allowing them to efficiently curate and submit models for client castings in a straightforward, consistent format. This eliminates the need for model packages to be sent in multiple formats and consolidates casting details in one place, streamlining the client’s selection process and enhancing the overall experience. First Face ensures that each agency’s models remain private to the casting team and admins, safeguarding your talent pool while fostering a collaborative relationship with the production team. When casting decisions are finalized, a simple “notify agents” function alerts booking agents of their successful models - automating time-consuming updates and making the process smoother than ever.

The Agency Connect™ plan is a very affordable $89 per year and can be cancelled at any time. Note this plan is specific to modeling agencies. For producers of shows please refer to the Show Creator plan.
